A ROLE MODEL FAMILY...

Praise Embassy started in Basingstoke in May 2006 and is part of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
We are a unique church with a call to raise 'Role-model, Christian families in Basingstoke' who will reach the world with the gospel of Christ. To achieve this assignment, the church has a team of dedicated Ambassadors who serve tirelessly to see this vision fulfilled.

The Ambassadors are organised into various ministry teams led by dedicated Team Leaders. The team leaders serve under the leadership of our Pastoral team. The pastoral team are committed to Pastoral care, preaching and teaching of the Bible.

Praise Embassy is a fully registered UK Charity, Registration number 1144744.

The administration of the church is supervised by Trustees who fully believe in the vision of the local church and are committed to the overall vision of RCCG. To contact our trustees please email trustees@rccgbasingstoke.org

MEET our pastors
Seun Lawal - Family Pastor
Seun has been a christian for more than 25 years. She attended ETS School of Evangelism & Missions and worked with missionaries serving the Lagos riverine mission fields in Nigeria. Her experiences and encounters as a young evangelist has since developed into a strong passion for soul wining. Today, Seun supervises Praise Embassy's connect groups, children ministry, marital counselling and training whilst working as an IT Security Engineering Manager. Seun and PBJ are ChelseaFC fans and often indulge in watching premier league matches whenever they can. Seun has a passion for prayer and music and often leads worship in church.
BJ Lawal - Lead Pastor
PBJ (as he is fondly called) has served as Pastor of Praise Embassy since May 2006, he has been married to his university sweetheart Seun, since 2005. His passion is to see revival in the UK and to raise exemplary christians who will serve as role models in society. At the age of 17 PBJ attended bible college where he studied Children & Youth Evangelism, he later went on to study Chemical Engineering and in 2005 obtained a Masters in Information Systems from Portsmouth University. When not doing church work or writing, he likes to go for a run and enjoys watching football and movies.

Jide Akinyemi - Social Action & Outreaches
Jide has a great passion to see lives turned around through the love of Christ, he leads our social action initiatives, evangelism, community and inter-church collaborations. Many moons ago, Jide graduated with a Masters degree in Physics, but now consults as an IT Security Expert.
Jide is married to Yinka and they have 3 lovely girls. Jide has a dream to land on Mars someday, so don't forget to request for your martian souvenir when he does.

Ezekiel 'Femi Eleduma - Discipleship Pastor
Ezekiel teaches the bible with simplicity and believes strongly in the practical demonstration of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He loves the fact that Basingstoke is a quiet town and has lived in Basingstoke for over 7 years. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Ezekiel works as engineering project specialist in the Oil & Gas industry, Ezekiel is blessed with 3 children - Favour, Mercy and Faith and has been married to his lovely wife Bola for more than 16 years.
His passion is to meet the needs of the helpless. Ezekiel is responsible for Praise Embassy's Pastoral Care, Christian Education and Prayer initiatives, helping to mature each member as a true disciple of Jesus Christ.
